Imagine Well Being: Trees That Remember

Step beneath the canopy of Oatlands and into a deeper, quieter relationship with the trees that shape this landscape. The guided experience, “Trees That Remember: A Sensory Immersion at Oatlands” hosted by Imagine Well Being, is rooted in forest therapy practices among some of the property’s most historic and notable trees.
Home to over 300 mature specimens, including a centuries-old ginkgo, a state-champion hornbeam and historic plantings, these grounds hold a living archive of resilience and change. Through a series of sensory invitations, you will slow down and connect with individual trees, tuning in to their physical presence and the subtle ways they express themselves.
To ground the experience, we will share a wild-foraged tea – offering a literal taste of nature. Then, gather beneath the canopy for a restorative sound bath, where gentle tones and vibrations blend with the living soundscape of Oatlands to create a deeply immersive space to unwind and reflect.
